Our Principal & Founder
I served in the Navy, during the Desert Storm era. While in the navy, I learned how to clean (REALLY WELL). More importantly, I learned the psychological benefits of a clean environment and the hostility caused by the opposite. While working in corporate America as a purchasing agent and speaking to many cleaning contractors, I became frustrated at the intensity of those contractors always trying to up-sell services that I didn't want or need. So, with that passion and premise, Evans Cleaning Services was launched in 2004. In 2011, we rebranded and changed the name to 4C Business Solutions as we began to expand our service offerings beyond simply commercial cleaning. I knew, one size did not fit all and offered customized solutions to meet our clients' needs. We focus on foreseeing (4C) what our clients need, and not simply trying to make a sale. We seek a long-term, honest and mutually rewarding relationship with all of our clients.

4C Solutions is just what the name says, a business solutions provider. 4C Solutions began serving South Jersey as a premier commercial cleaning service. We provide a full array of commercial cleaning, and property maintenance services, and desire to be your one-stop-shop for all of your building and property management needs.
Now we provide a full array of services in the New Jersey and the Philadelphia Metro area, from janitorial cleaning, porter service, security services, light building maintenance, floor care, and maintenance and so much more…we even do windows!!!
